CG is designing a comprehensive identity, wayfinding and interpretive sign system for the Addoho Quarter in Riyadh, which is being revitalized into a 4.5-hectare neighborhood of restaurants, offices, hotel, markets and mosques within walking distance of major cultural attractions.
Narrow, winding passageways bridged by tented canopies and the upper stories of houses will reintroduce vibrant street life within the quarter; original mud brick architecture is now being restored or authentically replicated. CG will also design interpretation and wayfinding for a Heritage Path that will lead visitors through the historic area to the National Museum and Salaam Park.
