Developing an innovative wayfinding strategy for UVMMC’s multi-building campus

Beautiful Burlington is the backdrop for CG’s project with the University of Vermont Medical Center. Although the hospital’s staff, food, vegetable garden and scenery are amazing, UVMMC needs help with their confusing wayfinding. Developing a new strategy for patient navigation that works for their increasingly multi-cultural community and matches their high standards of service is the goal. The client group is committed to an empathic approach and thorough testing of potential solutions.
