Each year, Longwood Gardens hosts over 900,000 national and international visitors. CG developed a comprehensive sign program for Longwood to help enhance the experience of long-time patrons as well as its numerous tour groups and first-time visitors.
The complete system guides Longwood’s guests from surrounding gateways in PA’s historic Brandywine Valley through 1,050 acres of gardens, woodlands, meadows and indoor conservatories. The sign system includes vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding, addresses Visitor Center needs and also sets up formats for interpretive signs and plant identification throughout the grounds. Powder-coated stainless steel ensured a flawless appearance and exterior durability.
